Cannot get in? Work through this list

  • Check the password carefully. Passwords are case-sensitive, so make sure Caps Lock is off and autofill has not entered an old one.
  • Reset the password using the password reset option on the login screen. The reset link goes to your registered email.
  • Confirm your email if you never clicked the verification link after registering.
  • Clear the browser cache, or try another browser, if the page will not load properly.
  • Still stuck? Contact GemBet through the Help Centre or the contact form, and have your registered email ready.

Restricted or locked accounts

An account can be restricted while identity checks are completed, for example before a first withdrawal, or after a self-exclusion or time-out you set yourself. Self-exclusion runs for the full period you chose and cannot be lifted early. For anything else, support can tell you what is needed to restore access.

Make sure it is really GemBet

Copycat login pages are the most common way players lose accounts. Before you type your password:

  • Open GemBet from a link you trust, such as the buttons on this site, rather than from a link in a chat or text message.
  • Be wary of anyone who messages you first claiming to be a GemBet agent, and never share your password with anyone, including people who say they work for GemBet.
  • Check any website, social account, agent username or phone number with the GemBet Authenticator before trusting it.

Questions

I never received the verification email. What now?

Check your spam and promotions folders first, and make sure you registered with the address you are checking. If it still has not arrived, contact GemBet support for help.

Can I have more than one GemBet account?

No. GemBet allows one account per person, and duplicate accounts can be closed under the KYC Policy.
